(Click to toggle Visibility)

is back!

This mod is based on the Supra model by Siim (Some1). The mesh has been and reworked by yours truly to represent the battered and beaten Supra, driven hard by The Hammer Aasbø in the 2010 Drift season.

This Supra, nicknamed Chucky due to many battlescars, has been by Formula Drift announcer DeAnda as being held with zip-ties, bubble gum and the and dreams of Norway.

My goal for project was to create a drifting as close to the real thing as A car that drives like a car, and doesn’t float all the place. And I think we are close. to Niels and hours of testing, I now that I have a car that can go around the Nordschleife as well as backwards entries. It’s not 100% perfect, but then neither is the real Chucky.

A big thanks goes out to everyone who has involved in creating this A special thanks to Fredric himself for valuable feedback and regarding setup and physics.

Notes by Niels about the setup and physics:

Hello! for trying the Supra Drift I did this project because it is and to show that rFactor is capable of doing extreme despite people often you can’t drift with it. I simply tried to make a powerfull, front engined drive car, with of steering lock. Nothing was to make it drift, unlike drift mods which unrealistic tires and inertias

Getting a big slide going and it going balancing with and opposite lock is one of the best you can have, so give it a go! You do have to at a few things first though:

Steering setup:

— lock 720 degrees (yes, has a very short rack)

Select the ‘Realfeel’ upgrade in the car menu

— Realfeel

MaxForceAtSteeringRack=1750.000000

SteeringDamper=11500.000000

FFBMixerRealFeelPercent=100.000000

rFactor setup:

— all sensitivities at 50%

— zero sensitivity (controller / rates

— FFB effects set to LOW, -100% for Logitech, +100% for other brands

— framerate is better, you can’t enough!

— Start rFconfig.exe, Vsync OFF!

Windows

— ATI: Google Ati Tools, set ‘Flip Queue to zero

— NVIDIA: in options set Frames Rendered to zero

— This latency, though if you have the type of screen / tv, you might be in trouble..

— Make graphics driver settings force Vsync to be ALWAYS ON (it be OFF!)

I really you enjoy the mod, and don’t to leave feedback or ask us questions. will always be a work in and there’s still a lot of stuff to
