Toyota MR2 (AW11) from — an Oppo review

The AW11 left the assembly 24 years ago, and compared to Toyota products, the 163.000 made aren’t all that — though that’s more than they from the failure, that the generation MR2 was. I wanted one i was a kid, and in 2011 i bought red 1986, with sunroof and a 4A-GE. No though, which i miss as i to take a sip from a bottle of once in a while, when distances. One point deducted the pedal layout does not heel-and-toe. It’s doable, but my Peugeot 505 enables this much more.


The gearing is short, so much so, that you can’t get to 100 km/h (62mph) in but still: even though weight is only a ton (2400 the 116 HP 4A-GE will not get you anything than high 8s to 62mph. of family cars can do better that today, and it wasn’t all special in 1986 either. At it feels brisk doing so you’re not in an NVH-less cocoon. acceleration is good however. BRAKING (6/10)

As with all cars this isn’t a point, even if you renew factory parts (and you can do because unlike body mechanicals are abundant). The brakes are powerful, than on a modern car. GEARBOX (10/10)

Pitiful, in one word. did bother a bit, because were several different audio options, and one of them was an subwoofer under the driving which my car has, but it doesn’t because it needs a factory unit. Which are like teeth nowadays. The two speakers on the are small and lo-fi. Later included speakers behind the too, maybe its better way, but hey there’s a glorious screaming at 7200 behind back, why would you want to to anything else?


The only thing to mention is that you can take out the sunroof and put it into the front trunk, and fasten it there. Takes a minute either way, and almost a targa. Other that, there’s only you put into it. But the whole car is a plaything, so missing.

VALUE (8/10)

If there is any on the car it’ll take some to fix it properly but other than it’s cheap to buy and cheap to Even the mileage is good, if you aren’t in a hurry, it’s a 1.6 Also not expensive at all to upgrade, at as opposed to more upmarket or cars, but you all know that building one to be a track car will money.
