Many of you will have this great van before I’ve owned since I’ve been all over the UK in it the very north coast of much of England and even Le The tow bar is useful for towing, obviously and for my motorcycle mount for carrying my Bike.

The radiator has been rebuilt allowing for extra cooling to everything happy. This van is for exploring The UK, Europe or further

is delightful and spacious. I am 6’1” and plenty more room for me. longer and wider than a bed inside.

As well as the middle row of swivelling 180°, all rear folding flat to make a the rear seats fold to make a massive boot for bicycles, washing machines, a camping gear etc.

pictures from over the

Heater runs off main tank without engine No more chilly camping!!

vans are just superb in Just select 4WD, the hubs and away you do. Really and you can go anywhere in 12+ of snow!

This van is rare in manual gearbox and also this early shape. I literally haven’t another. The colour is also pleasing as is the especially plush Most seem to be brown

These vans, in the similar guise have a reputation for head gaskets. This is due to head gaskets from when they were You’ll see plenty of these on eBay with overheating

The head gasket blows, lose coolant, they the head gets warped.

I this van with a blown gasket but it wasn’t driven that. I had the head skimmed to it was flat, bought new Toyota and cam belt (receipts to support) and the engine.

The radiators are just able to cope with motorways so I had the radiator re-cored a thicker core and it copes with long journeys.

The tyres are car-rated which I think is up to the job so I fitted slightly 6-ply van-rated 195/80/14 which helps with the gearing for motorway cruising at 65mph all day) and brings the spot-on accurate)

The night heater and curtains make this MPV a camper My girlfriend made the curtains are on runners and secure open and with Velcro to ensure privacy. The heater is the legendary heater all truck drivers and use. It’s a 12 volt DL1 and sips fuel economically from the van’s fuel You can run it all night (no need for the engine and it uses so little fuel you won’t notice.

On the coldest of this will heat the van frosty to toasty! If you don’t this I will be happy to and reduce the price by £200. that good!

It pains me to this van as it’s been great for us and absolutely 100% It’s ready to use and enjoy. Its circle is remarkable and with the lovely light power and ease of driving makes it a to park and use daily.

Cosmetically a bit scabby here and there, the bottom of the tailgate. They’re available from Toyota
