Toyota Avalon sedan I

The Azera is double-take attractive in and ride quality

I too was shopping for a near luxury car and had specific I live in Manhattan and often on the street.  Good luck the Avalon and Maxima on the street. bye!   I needed a car with rear legroom and comfort I often take four  Much of my driving is highway, and a drivers seat is imperative.  I creature comforts, a good system, and a nice moonroof. and a decent trunk.

I have a I tend to keep my cars for a time.  Warranty and reliability are to me.  I had owned a 1991 Toyota White with Gray 1991-2007.  It might have my favorite car ever.  Inline-6, a responsive automatic, comfortable and a clean looking body.

I started out looking at the Buick  I liked the ride, but the A-pillars are the of redwood trees.  Ditto for the  I liked the look of the interior, but the of materials left me questioning longevity. And after owning a I was never going to buy anything GM.  No way again!  Oh, and a 13 cubic trunk?  C’mon GM.

I drove the TL, but it was way too pricey. and again, not the car to park on New City streets.

I never considered the Lincoln MKZ. parts just don’t  And that front end is

Taurus. See Buick Lacrosse. just can’t see out of the thing.

I looked at the Volkswagen Passat TDI   I was excited about getting 32 mpg in and up to 52 mpg on the highway.  Then I crunched the  Diesel is up to .70-cents a gallon than regular.  And you to add that urea every miles.   But the Passat TDI has a dual-clutch which shifts very in stop-and-go traffic.  Plus a mechanical question mark.  At the dealer charges you $800 for a service.  But wow, legroom and a cavernous rear  However the front seats me cold.  And there was no tech to speak of.  And I don’t trust VW reliability. they do seem to last. but after you’ve poured into repairs.

I also drove a 2013 Accord V6.  Very nice car and tech.  It has a pretty nice seat and the car was silky smooth. again, I worried about it on the streets of NYC.  I also the Accord EX-L, but again, the CVT is a

Maxima. I used to like but no way I will buy a car with a CVT.  I a friend with a transmission and he told me to run as fast as I can from the  Way too many problems. it just didn’t have the that I wanted.

So then I it over to the Toyota dealership.

So I sit in the Touring. and couldn’t quite if it was me or the car.  I tried adjusting the and back. what the heck? seats were like  Seriously Toyota?  WTF you not thinking?  Then I tried the seats.  Yep, they like I was sitting on plywood.  I even take it out for a test  No need.  I could never own a car such poor seats. time I checked, seats are you sit in while steering.

I didn’t even know the Azera existed.  Then I was on a trip and rented a Hyundai  What a terrific car! I got back I went to Hyundai to at the Genesis.  The pricing was a bit for my needs, but I was seduced by the 5-year, mile bumper to bumper and the 100,000 mile warranty. pretty strong stuff.

I saw an Azera and took it out for a test  The body style can be a bit but had some nice design  It drove beautifully.  Smooth, power, decent steering and a spectacular interior.

The Azera’s had sumptuous quality leather. a different level from and Maxima.  Much better really comfortable rear that are also heated, and a much more upscale

Yes, the Avalon has a little rear legroom. but who cares you’re sitting on a wood  The rear seat of the can seat 3, but really only two because of a middle hump. said, the floor is flat.

I up getting a 2012 Certified with the Technology Package for with 4,200 miles on the I was absolutely delighted.  It included the of the 5-year, 60,000 mile warranty, and 10-year, 100,000 powertrain warranty because it was a car.

I am delighted with the  For my needs, it’s the car.  No, it’s not a  My needs and pocketbook don’t that.  It’s a comfortable, almost opulent cruiser gets very decent gas on regular gas.  I’m not to be weaving through cones or for pink slips in the 1/4 mile.

Seriously Car Driver. after in those pathetic Avalon of a seat, how can you even rate it any than 3rd?  Understand the you’re comparing.
